Exchange & Return Policy
Your comfort and trust are our top priority — all purchases from the DNSE store are eligible for exchange and return.
Follow these steps:
- Exchanges and returns are accepted within three days of receiving your order.
- Take a photo of the product and include your order number.
Exchange & Return Policy:
- If your product arrives with a defect, you are entitled to a free replacement at no additional cost.
- Orders outside Saudi Arabia are not eligible for exchange or return.
- Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
- Free promotional items are not eligible for exchange — only the main product may be exchanged.
